Sound meditation is a transformative practice that utilizes the unique sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to promote a state of deep relaxation and inner harmony. During the meditation, the gentle vibrations of these instruments create a soothing atmosphere, allowing the mind to calm and release everyday stress and tension. Process of Sound Meditations

Introduction and Preparation

I will provide you with information about the effects of the practice, explain the exact process, and answer any questions you may have. Then, you will lie comfortably on the massage table.

Tuning In

The meditation begins with a short tuning-in phase where you focus on your breath to calm your mind and arrive in the present moment.

Generating the Sounds

I will gently play the Tibetan and/or crystal singing bowls with special mallets, producing soothing, long-lasting tones. These sounds and vibrations spread throughout the space, affecting your body, mind, and soul.

Meditation

You focus your attention on the sounds and vibrations in the room. Allow yourself to be carried by the tones, guided by my words, and observe your sensations and thoughts without judgment.

Return and Conclusion

After the main phase of the meditation, the bowls gradually fade. I will give you a moment of silence. Then, we will share our experiences.
